Principal's Message

 

Welcome to a new school year at Twin Lakes Elementary!

I am incredibly proud to serve as the Principal of Twin Lakes Elementary and to be a member of the Lakeland Joint School District team. As I begin my 27th year in education, I continue to be inspired by the privilege of working alongside students, families, and educators who believe in the power of learning, relationships, and community.

At TLE, we believe every child has the ability to grow, discover their strengths, and reach their fullest potential. Our dedicated staff looks at the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally—and works together to ensure that every student has the support, encouragement, and opportunities they need to grow every day, in every way.

As a proud member of Rêveur—the House of Dreamers—I believe deeply in the power of dreaming big. Being part of Rêveur reminds me that our students should never be limited by what they can see today. Our job is to help them imagine what is possible, believe in themselves, and give them the tools and courage to turn those dreams into reality.

I am passionate about creating a school where every child feels known, valued, safe, and inspired to learn. I also believe that the strongest schools are built through strong partnerships. Your involvement, encouragement, and connection with your child's education make an incredible difference, and I look forward to working alongside you throughout the year.

Together, we have the opportunity to make this an extraordinary year for our students and our entire TLE community. When we dream together, believe in one another, and work together, there is no limit to what our children can accomplish.
